Passion, a good product or service and a great team, and there is no holding back.  If you lack one of these qualities, your business will not be successful, or at least not on the long run. 

Even though we are a boutique consultancy focussing mainly on the luxury retail and F&B sector, we do have a favorite genre. Not that we don't love IT or Fashion, but the one that makes our hearts skip a beat, is the confectionary and gourmet date industry.

World-wide more than 600 different varieties of dates exist, yet most people have only ever tried one or two kinds, which is why we wish to share our knowledge about the noble dates, a forgotten fruit. 

Dates are a power food of nature and should be part of any healthy diet, providing a wide range of essential nutrients and potential health benefits. Dates are rich in vitamins, protein and minerals including copper, sulfur, iron, magnesium and fluoric acid. Dates are high in dietary fiber, very low in fat and are an excellent source of potassium.
